Dave Bejgiert is a managing partner of
Starr, Bejgiert, Zink & Rowells who joined the firm in 2002 after graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Dave earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of DePaul. Dave concentrates his practice on residential and commercial evictions, collection of past due homeowner association fees, and civil litigation involving
landlord-tenant disputes under the Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, contract disputes, and mechanic’s lien actions. Dave proactively counsels property owners and landlords concerning their business practices and policies in order to minimize their exposure to potential liability under applicable local and State laws.
Dave speaks Polish fluently and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Advocates Society.
